Ate cookies and fruit at Joann's bible study yesterday. Didn't eat anything until later in the evening...a lot more cookies. Made buffalo wing cauliflower which wasn't that great. Had big wedge of watermelon and tried to eat a tart apricot or two. No booze. I knew I had gone up in weight before ever stepping on the scale. I can usually tell when I wake up in the middle of the night whether or not I'm up or down in weight.
