Didn't weigh yesterday because I was in a hotel in LA visiting Mike. I'm noticing that even at restaurants I can only eat til I'm full...amazing!! Had a large half-sandwich (Jewish deli) and some watermelon and 2 tiny mandarins yesterday. Getting excited!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
