Joined GoodLife Fitness! I have done lots of group classes and the circuit 2 times. I also cheated a fair bit on the diet, so I think it really shows that the exercise is helping!
95.5 kg Lost so far: 29.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week

Exercise is a wonderful thing isn't it and gives us all those extra bonus points to play with. So as long as you're losing... you can still cheat a bit now and then! Keep it up though... just look at your graph, you're doing fantastic!! :o)
