Hoje aqui em Curitiba fez 0º e vou no Costelão na hora do almoço. Não quero nem saber ... talvez até recupere esses 400gr. da última pesagem, kkk.

Dificil fazer low carb ou qualquer dieta com o frio que está fazendo, hoje eu tive que comer um feijãozinho para aquecer um pouquinho, e tomar um chocolate quente, porque ninguém merece. MEU DEUSSSS
