Good luck! I also lost a lot from the purge - I hope you can maintain most of that loss. They say it's normal to have no bowel movement for 1-2 days after the procedure... yup.

Well everything with the procedure went great results are what I suspected. I have ulcerative colitis so just started meds to try and get it in remission. I swear the lady said I'm going to start the meds in i.v. and I was out in one second. Felt like 2 seconds later I was waking up in recovery. No pain or discomfort after. Have to get another one in 2 yrs. So glad to have answers.

I am glad you got answers. Hubby has Crohns, there are a lot of good meds out there now. I hope you start to feel better.

Having my ten year colonoscopy on Friday. Ugh. Glad to hear no discomfort aside from the purge. Good luck with your prognosis. Stay clean. 😜

Grateful to have answers and start healing. On a side note my back is doing great with physical therapy! ! I'm on the mend :)
