I was up to 329. Have been doing my own "diet" and got to 317, but got stuck. Started Anti inflammatory diet. ( The Burn). I lost 6 pounds in 3 days on the diet eating healthy and not hungry,continued on my own version of the diet ( better tasting) and did well the next day and lost another pound. So 7 pounds in 4 days :). Good jump start. Switching to the Fast Metabolism Diet.
