OK, I decided to start weighing in twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday) vs once a week. I really stress out over the Wednesday morning weigh in, so I weighed in this morning and I'm back to 230????? Same scale, same time of the day, same clothes....... I guess I must have had some normal weight fluctuations on my last few weigh ins. Still I am happy to be close to the 220's.
