Slight gain (100g) nothing to be concerned about it's either muscle or normal daily fluctuations. Feeling good overall.
Next week I plan on lowering my calories by 50 to 1550 and keep my exercise at it's current level of 4 x 20-30 mins (this will increase as the weeks progress).

Great Job on the little changes! One Step at a time and you can walk forever! Run to fast and you'll fall on your face!
Also CONGRATS on the healthy approach to your weight, feeling good about yourself and knowing that lil bit up or down is not significant is really important!
Keep it up and stay healthy

You can do it!! The main thing is to stay focused on the long term goal :) In the past i have found slight gain one week can be followed by a good loss in the following week.
