Getting back to my routine! I know I lost my thrive to take care of myself. I will do this again. I do not want to be 320lbs again. Losing 60lbs was the best accomplishment I had. My goal for the next 6 months is at least 20lbs.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
