Another 1/2 a lb. woo-hoo! I'm lowering my fat intake. I lose more and it stays off better when I eat less fat. Less fat is less calories. I've never been a low carb girl. I can lose a lot quickly but as soon as I start eating them again I lose control. I eat primarily a ovo-lacto vegetarian diet, i don't like to say i'm vegetarian anymore because I will eat fresh fish a few times a year, but that's it. More recently I've been a junkfoodatarian, consuming only super processed crap and feeling the same. I need to work harder on just eating a healthy and balanced diet. (With at least half of it being fruits and vegetables, if I can!) If I stick with it, it becomes habit and WILL work for me.
