Whoop Whoop Whoop all to intermittent fasting and eating all the healthy foods. I admit I haven't been 100 % eating good but limiting sugar and carbs seems to be working .
80 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
