I didn't weigh for awhile, and then when I did, I was up, it made me soo annoyed... nothing is different, I sure don't deserve a gain... Today, I am cutting out the cheese, and eating way more veggies. I gotta get that dang scale down.
109.1 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Stay the course. You've lost close to 25 pounds (congratulations), so you know you can do this. Be sure you record EVERYTHING you're eating and go back to measuring everything, even if you think you know your portions. You might be having more than you think but, just as dangerous, you might not be having as much as you're logging!! Cheese can certainly slow weight loss, but so can the Atkins bars (I didn't see a whole lot of them) and processed meats with nitrites. With any luck, this will be just a normal fluctuation for you because we're talking about just 1% of the weight you were on 11/10. It's hard to see that uptick...just push on forward and continue to work WITH your body.
