On the positive side; this is my first weight loss, in a month and a half; which I'm very pleased about. Four more pounds, and for the first time in more than 15 years, I'll be below 300 lbs. Woo Yaah!!! On the negative side; I'm only 3 days away from Thanksgiving; but since I have my strategy for dealing with that, I won't fret too much. I'll enjoy the holiday, jump right back on plan, with both feet, and keep the success rolling. :-)
137.4 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
