After one week of traveling and bad food choices, I'm glad that I only gained so little. It could have been way worse. But I do need to get my traveling eating habits under control..
77.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
