I expected to have a pound or two of water this morning cause I was stupid craving a steak hoagie last night. I resisted and got home. Yay me, right? Nope. All kinds of freaking coupons in the mail for pizza joints and hoagies. AAAAHHHHHH! So I did it, got a hoagie and that was all. It did taste good and it did fill me up and I was prepared to be up again this morning.
I was down 1 pound. Ummm...ok? How? I started walking again with Toni this week. Maybe that was the extra boost. Aw man! Imagine if I had eaten a normal dinner. Dang. But the hoagie was good.
I walk with Toni today and I hope I do as well as last time. We walked for half an hour around the track and I didn't stop once for my foot or leg! They were starting to hurt toward the end, but I stuck it out. Yay me.
