Did okay, am on Sensa, but have forgot to use it a few times. Will try my best to remember. Have started going back to the gym, since having the flu, and am doing well with that - 3 times per week.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
