I just finished a 12-week workout program (they also encourage healthy eating, protein shakes, but I kept eating as I already do - which is fairly healthy).
My starting and ending weight were the same - 114 pounds. However, I also took measurements. Any increase in inches was obviously do to building muscle. Overall, I definitely leaned out! Went down in waist and belly, but actually increased muscle everywhere else.
Chest - 32" to 34.5" Waist - 28" to 25.25" Belly - 32" to 28" Glutes - 25.5" to 26.5" Thigh - 20" to 21" Calf - 12.5" to 13" Arm - 10.5" to 11"
Goes to show that weight isn't the only thing to measure!
