Miracle! Gloria's 70th had a caterer who made pizza (gourmet quality), several green salads drenched in oily delicious dressing (no options to put my own dressing on), a pasta salad, brie, manchego and some other great yellow cheese with toasted whole pecans!! I ate sparingly and had a tangelo and two tiny Halos in the evening. Woke up at 5 a.m. and prayed; couldn't get back to sleep. Danny talked with me, and I felt myself repenting for not loving him, and I told him so...we made love in the wee hours. I weighed myself at 6 a.m. and was 144.8. Just now at 9:30, without my long-sleeved PJ on, I made it down to 143.8!! A whole pound in about 3 hours!
65.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
