Well, 203 gets me to 40 lbs lost in the 5 months since I got serious about changing my health. WOO HOO! As a reward for this milestone, I declared a cheat day and had chips and queso and ate half of a chimichanga. I was actually full and brought the rest home. I am almost to my original 200 lbs goal. After I get there, I'll change my goal to 185 and keep on truckin.
