Thirteen stinkin pounds gained since my last weigh in. Could be worse, could be better. Due to my lack of control/caring/self control/whatever I stopped tracking what I ate,stopped obsessing over every bite and just existed. Last night I finished reading this amazing book called The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl. A really inspiring read! Time to start again!
