Why why why do I keep falling off of the fitness bandwagon?? I get really into it for a week or so, then I stop, completely, and hate myself for it later.
On the plus side I found a little mini workout that takes about 10 minutes, no weights, and burns 100 calories. I've decided that for every junk thing I eat, I have to work off that many calories THAT DAY as my own little punishment. It should work because I wasnt at all a fan of the workout. I let myself eat 2 bite size snickers and a glass of sweet tea this morning. Because of this I have to do that stupid workout 5 times to make up for it. Looking at the bigger picture, the candy and the tea weren't worth it at all.
