I've been following IIFYM program for my fat loss. Have been sticking to the mid-range of carbs per day. It has been successful up until 97kg. Lost 8kg in total. Started stalling at 97kg. Have since moved to the low-range of carbs. This proves to be successful so far. Will continue and see how things go.
