I don't know if the drop is because I usually weigh in on Tuesdays instead of Thursdays, but I am recording it. This is at the lower end of my maintenance range, and I don't really want to go below it. I won't eat extra to make up for it, but will see what it comes in at next week (on my usual Tuesday weigh-in).
