Stress eating from all the unexpected comets in my life. I love everyone, but am I going to lock myself in a cave to get any work done/stop eating to bring extra stress down from trying do my tasks AND please everybody? I wish I had a better stress release mechanism than this, because I don't want to block out or cut off people who "need" me. But I am exhausted and miserable.
