Had a very active weekend. Was on my feet all day, everyday. I watched what I ate and stepped on the scale when I got back. I gained 2.5 lbs but it was ALL LEAN MASS. I gained muscle and my body fat % inched down by .1%. So it is a mixed bag. I wished the fat had gone down more. I'll keep plugging away!
