Feeling really good. My doctor wanted me to be at 114 kg for our appointment 4 April, and I am down to 112.4. I have been walking a lot more than "old" me would, practicing mindfulness meditation, and playing with the kids lots. Going to take some new progress pics in a couple weeks, and I'm excited to see the changes good habits and healthy food are having on my body.
