carbs just got out of hand and drank some port wine which is full of sugar plus i ate two hot cross buns
today is my fast day so not having plonk or buns must make a change
the rest of my food intake was ok.
because i was so silly had 2363 cal when my max should be 1614 cal and usually i am around 1000 - carbs were even worse should have around 20g but had 172.86g - any wonder my weight shot up
