Yes! Unexpected! I felt like I was a little out of control Sunday, so I was really careful yesterday. I had two French fries, a ton of baby carrots, some catsup on my burger, and a bite of banana . Not too wild but in the past this could have derailed me. Especially because then all night I was totally craving carbs! I'm sure it will flux up some but for now I'll enjoy it. I am really looking forward to being under 160. Things have been so slow lately and it gets hard to be patient. Unexpected losses really help to keep me motivated.
73.4 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
