It has been a month of extremes this month...I could not seem to get the scale to settle week to week. Maybe that is what happens in Menopause. I went clear back up to 238 mid month and then to day just totally dropped down to 231, without any logical reason. No big change in eating or exercise. It has been a test to stay on track.....
105.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
