Thanks Jocko, not sure of the scales again as I'm still dropping waist & collar sizes but I just record what it says every Monday morning! How's the Fitbit going? Is it helping encourage/motivate you to do more?

It is a brilliant motivator. It has me trotting up and down the stairs more than I ever did. Before, if I needed something from upstairs, I would go to the loo at the same time. Now I make two trips!

Sounds a worthwhile investment, especially for the time when the weight loss seems to stall, I'll look into it a bit more

The food directory seems the same as here (perhaps both sites purchase the same information), and like here you can add new stuff yourself. I have the app on my laptop but also use the web page as well. Both have a different feel and information. I also subscribe to their Premium service (£40 per year), which gives a huge amount of stats, comparing you and others of a similar gender, age and weight.
