It is so nice that I no longer need to stress when I see my weight bounce. When I started dieting I would have stressed over a slight weight gain. What I didn't know is that this 'stress' reduced the chances of losing weight.
Now I know that I 'bounce' a few times before the weight is gone. Learning to understand my own body has taught me so much about how my body loses weight. It gave me the power to take control of my body - instead of trying to follow a program designed by someone else.
