my weight is up again although I have done more exercise than for a long . could this be because I am developing muscle ? Am eating the LCHF way and will start 5:2 as well on friday to try and lose weight

It takes a while for women to actually gain muscle. When you start a new exercise program or change your existing program (make longer), your muscles retain water to help them heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss.
