I'm still loosing but slower. I'm down in Orlando Florida for the month. My son doesn't eat the same so I'm eating differently than at home. As long as I still continue to loose,I'm happy. I'm still less than I've been in at least ten years. I'm hoping to reach at least 250 by the end of March.
115.2 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
