Started to reduce sugar and other food in order to get lower bf%
72.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Sugar won´t be so escential as the macronutrients to get lower bf%... if you are going to compite in men´s phisyque or something like that it is important, but i don´t know if you are going to compite.
