Okay back to the diet....but tonight I already know I will cheat...
so I will start again Monday.........life is full of little cheats
and as long as you 'git back on the bike' you can continue to lose weight...........
83.8 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
