Crazy water weight this past week. I have GOT to make CONTINUOUS good eating decisions! Oh well, I got "scared straight" so I'm glad to see this drop.
96.1 kg Lost so far: 22.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keep your water intake high, say 100oz per day. This will prevent you from storing excess water and give you a more 'true' weight. And stay away from the Fast-Food, those simple carbs will add to your water storage, and the crappy vegetable oils will do you in. Good Luck!
