Barbgetsit's Journal, 22 Feb 16

I am pissed at myself.. I had to go help pack up my dads house., and it was stressful, I packed my food , but then there wasn't a mircrowave to heat things up.. so instead I stuffed my face with chips... I didn't buy them, but still grrr... back on track...
128.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week

Don't get down at yourself..life has its ups and downs we all struggle with things in life especially in stressful situations. It's a learning curve that all we can do is move forward and don't allow the past control what the future holds..keep your head held on and you will be victorious

Barb sometimes it is okay to take a few steps back as long as we do not get off the road and start forward again. You got this you own it.
