Finally, No. something.. a solid 245, well it has taken a month to lose 1 lb. how silly. Time to really buckle it down, and get some more weight off.
Worked out this am... 30 mins cardio, think tomorrow I will do an upper body work out with weights, been too long.

2 months I have been on atkins... 20 lbs down... got a long way still to go.at least 60 more lbs.
111.1 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Barb you will get there congrats on the workout. 20lbs down in 2 months is fantastic don't forget it does settle down after a big weight loss.
