Doing good so far, trying to cut carbs to less than 45g/day. Really difficult to do. I find that I'm craving carbs more than usual. Just have to keep my goal in mind. I have lost 15lbs in 18 days, yea!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
