Finally feeling better... not 100 percent but it is coming, thank god... that was one nasty week.
My food wasn't perfect,stupid valentines cookies... so dumb and I know better. my goal is hoping to be under 280 it will be the first time in months.... I am sticking with this no matter what.
127.7 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
