Another pound. Getting there slowly but surely. Best part is I'm not hungry all the time. Been using the 16/8 fast daily with the dinner to dinner fast twice a week. I do better when I eat less sugar. That's when I stay full and satisfied. I've cut way down on sugar and starch. I can still have something if I really have a craving. So far so good.
