Dulu latihan beban pakai panduan ebook "5-Factor Fitness - The Diet and Fitness Secret of Hollywood's A-List" tapi gak ada pengaruhnya utk berat badan. Ternyata menjaga asupan kalori yang masuk dan keluar sangat penting agar efeknya terlihat.
Dengan modal 2 Dumbbell dan 1 bangku, ditambah sekarang pemanasan pakai skipping/ jump rope, cardio jadi gak membosankan dan lebih banyak keringat.
Semangat!
