Finished my cleanse strong and started the max phase yesterday. Trying some new recipes this week to liven things up. Gotta write out my meal plan for next week so that I'm good to go. Really hoping to lose 25 pounds in the challenge, but will be happy with at least 15. Getting ready to head to the gym. 4th time this week! Making it a habit. :)
