Well, just occurred to me that for the last 2 weeks or so, I've been taking Vick's Nyquil before I go to bed. 2TBLS = 19Carbs and 19g of Sugar. Maybe that's been my problem. I cut that out and see.

yup, those 19g carbs are definitely not for a keto diet! sounds like that's what knocked you right out of ketosis. if you can do without, you'll be much better off. good luck!

Yup...that'll do it. Couldn't figure out my "WTH" till I read the carb content on my antacids and found out that the had 4 carbs per serving. Also, if you are a splenda user and like some stuffing very sweet, invest in pure sucralose powder. 0 carbs vs. "0.9" (so they they get away with listing it as zero carbs on the packet because it's not quite 1)

Also could be if you're having too much artificial sugar, or food sensitivities. Try eliminating common food sensitivities and see if that helps. You can always add them back one at a time after a couple of weeks, and will know if it makes a difference.

Don't forget to measure. Every time you are in a plateau. Wrist, forearm, upper arm, neck, waist, hips, thigh, calf, ankle. At least 7 hours of sleep (very important) and at least 6 x 8 oz of water. It will come off.
