Have had some difficulties with recording calories these last few days as I haven't had access to the actual quantities I have consumed. I fell off the rails these last couple of days and had some high sugar content. Today is generally my "cheat" day, but I still try to avoid a lot of sugary content. Still, I was extremely busy all day yesterday which is possibly why the weight didn't go back up as expected. (The previous weigh in seemed a little low as I didn't eat dinner the night before)
I will keep at it though.
I officially signed up to the gym yesterday, one of the million things I had to get done, and am scheduled to go in and learn a new plan tomorrow morning. I think it is time to start exercising more but to be honest I'm usually exhausted by the time my shift is over under normal circumstances. I push myself while I'm at work, so perhaps that is why.
