Love the Beyond Diet program!!! Eating all these vegetables and lean meats with healthy fats (think avocado & coconut oil) is AWESOME! I am seeing the pounds drops, my clothes fit better, and just feel better all around. I'm not tired and sluggish anymore (probably due to no processed sugar) and have more energy!
The one drawback is when I drink water I feel like I spend all my time walking back and forth to the ladies room. I guess the plus side of that is I get my steps in that way!
