So this is showing as a gain but my weight actually went up to 226 so this is pretty good. I'm doing better with my cravings and I'm working out better. Today I was running super late so I needed to grab a quick breakfast. I couldn't fine anything but a poptart. I use to LOVE them but I really don't anymore. I guess my body has finally gotten use to a better quality breakfast. It makes me happy that some of my old cravings don't even taste good anymore. It's the small victories folks! lol Have a great weekend everyone.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
