Happy Sunday FS!
Another beautiful day although my scale is a big dark cloud. No weight loss but hanging on. I would think giving up my wine alone would cause the pounds to fall off. But, no, that hasn't been the case for me.
I did take my measurements but couldn't locate my stats from last time...I'm sure they are here somewhere. I'm pretty sure the inches have increased so I must work on that!
I am still motivated! My hubby had pizza last night and I resisted. It really didn't bother me so I know that my determination is set and I am truly committed.
My next hurdle: my dear brother arrives for his annual visit. Traditionally we have gained 5- 10 pounds during our memory lane week. I feel strong enough...at least today, to remained focused. Will check out healthy recipes to cook minus the butter. ;-)
