Great first week. I haven't been too tempted to cheat. But I know that will come. I want to stay super strict for a month. Then I'll reevaluate. I do really miss dairy. I have a hard time not letting my protein grams get too high without it. But I've been wondering for a couple years if it's really a good choice for me. It will be my first add in and I hope I tolerate it well.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
