Yes! Good to see. That curry paste I used must have had me holding onto some water weight.

Need to try Thai Kitchen Red Curry paste again. I gained for 2 days and then lost a big chunk yesterday.

That makes for over 10 my first week. I know it's mostly water weight but it's a great first week.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
